I just upgraded to this card and it is fantastic for £40 ($80) i got everything on max and im playing at 50-60fps, when i used to play on 5-10fps on my old geforce 7300gs, so yeah just a tip for anyone searching, and also this was on a pc with:
amd Athlon x64 3000
1gb ram
so yeah my pc sucks for the card XD

5-10fps with a 7300GS? There was definately something wrong with the card if that's all you were getting.

Nah, not really... it's barely better than a 6200 Turbo Cache was, and that was a dog of a card, unless 800x600 with all details turned way down or off was acceptable. For some people it is, but to each his own.

HUGE difference between a 7600 series and 7300 series. I'm not even talking apples and oranges, more like grapes and watermelons.

Sorry, but a mate of mine was getting over 30fps when he was running an A64 3000, 1.5Gb and the 7300GS at 1280x960! It may have been a dog of a card, and that turbocache sucked, but it got well over 5-10 like the OP states!
